Action Station Catering Menu

Grilled Fajita Station

Steak and chicken fajitas grilled on-site with multi-colored peppers and onions that your guests can dress up their own way with cheese, sour cream or fresh-made salsa. Served with beans (refried, black or charro) and rice along with our creamy white cheese dip.

Pasta Station

Guests are greeted by a uniformed pasta chef who will toss together their pasta (choose from penne, bowtie or linguine), along with their choice of toppings like fresh spinach, broccoli, sliced mushrooms, garlic and shredded Parmesan. It's all then sauteed with your choice of sauce (including creamy alfredo sauce, zesty marinara sauce, Cajun cream sauce, or basil pesto sauce). You can upgrade your Pasta Station by adding grilled chicken, sauteed shrimp or handmade Italian meatballs.

Quesadilla Station

Our chefs will prepare your choice of freshly grilled Cheese Quesadillas and/or Fajita Quesadillas (steak, chicken, or shrimp). Served with beans (refried, black or charro) and rice along with sour cream, our creamy white cheese dip and fresh-made salsa.

Philly Steak Station

Premium Aged Black Angus Ribeye Steak thinly shaved and grilled on-site along with fresh bell peppers and onions, served on a toasted roll with cheese, horseradish cream sauce and savory au jus for dipping.

Stir-Fry Station

Chinese noodles wok stir-fried with your guests’ choice of sauce, meat and vegetables. Choose from Spicy Kung Pao, Sweet Teriyaki, Szechuan, or Thai Peanut Sauce. Choose chicken, steak and/or shrimp with a melange of fresh vegetables such as bamboo shoots, fresh broccoli, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, snow peas, bell peppers and mushrooms. Served in Chinese To Go Boxes with disposable chop sticks.

Breakfast Quesadilla Station

Whether it’s for a mid-morning brunch or a late-night snack, we’ll prepare freshly scrambled eggs with your guests’ choice of add-ins such as bacon, breakfast sauce, smoked ham, cheese, picante sauce, sliced mushrooms, jalapeno peppers, bell peppers, onions, and diced tomatoes. It will all then be folded into a soft flour tortilla.

Carving Station

Our uniformed chef will carve to order your choice of Slow-Roasted Prime Rib, Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Roasted Pork Loin or Roasted Turkey Breast. Served with appropriate sauce such as au jus, raspberry chipotle sauce or cranberry sauce.

S’mores Station

Let your guests relive their childhood by roasting their own marshmallows, choosing their favorite kind of chocolate, and making their own ooey gooey s’mores.

Ice Cream Sundae Station

Let out the kid in you. Your guests will have fun picking out what topping they want piled on their ice cream (chocolate, vanilla and strawberry) including M&Ms, crushed Butterfingers, crushed Snickers, sweetened strawberries, crushed pineapple, chocolate and caramel syrups.

Bananas Foster Station

Sweet bananas flambeed with brandy by our uniformed chef to create a delicious caramel sauce which is served over vanilla ice cream.

Crepe Station

Your choice of either a Banana Split Crepe - made with fresh bananas, strawberries and pineapple topped with chocolate and caramel syrups and fresh whipped cream or a Bananas Foster Crepe, made with fresh bananas flambeed with brandy with creamery butter and brown sugar
